The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide ground transportation services for 41 personnel, luggage, and small equipment in Suriname from 11-27 July 2025. The services include scheduled, dedicated, and on-call transportation to and from airports, hotels, military installations, government facilities, medical centers, and local businesses. The contractor will be required to provide vehicles and drivers for the duration of the event. • The contractor shall ensure vehicles are in good condition and maintain the proper level of fuel to complete transportation. • The contractor shall provide one on-call vehicle and driver at each location for unscheduled transportation requirements. • The contractor shall arrive within one hour of notification that transportation is required. • The contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for daily transportation requirements. • The contractor shall provide dedicated drivers and vehicles for specific teams, including the Command and Control (C2) element, Anti-Terrorism Officer (ATO), Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) team, and Rear Echelon (REARVON).
