Description:
The State of New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to perform masonry work at the NH Army National Guard State Military Reservation in Concord, NH. The work includes repairs and maintenance to Building B. The contract term shall commence upon date of Governor and Council approval through November 30, 2026. The successful vendor shall provide all necessary materials, tools, equipment, and safety devices to perform the work. • The vendor shall perform all work in accordance with the specifications and at the price set forth in the contract. • The vendor shall take full responsibility for the work and prevent injuries to persons and damage to property. • The vendor shall provide a certificate of insurance indicating the required coverage amounts. • The vendor shall comply with all regulations and special restrictions in effect at the State Agency.
