The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is seeking a private developer to undertake the Stamford Transit Oriented Development (TOD)/Joint Development Project at the Stamford Transportation Center (STC). The project involves the delivery of a design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) multimodal transit facility closely integrated with Transit Oriented Development within the Project Site.
