Mt. San Antonio College is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced official police towing service contractors to provide on-call towing services for the campus. The selected contractor must be available to respond to any campus request 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for towing services, recovery services, vehicle storage, roadside assistance, and other related services. The scope of services includes towing services to remove vehicles from the campus that have been identified as stolen, involved in criminal activity, require relocation, are illegally parked, and those vehicles parked on the campus and unrelated to campus-related business. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable regulations and standards, including the California Highway Patrol Tow Service Agreement. • The contractor shall maintain a storage lot able to hold a minimum of 75 vehicles. • The contractor shall provide customer service between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday. • The contractor shall have a driver on call and available to respond to calls within 20 minutes or 40 minutes for heavy-duty tows.
