The Judson Independent School District is seeking a contractor for the District Wide Roofing Projects Phase V. The project includes the replacement of low slope roofs with new Modified Bitumen membrane assemblies and replacement or recover of Standing Seam Metal roofs at five campuses or facilities. The estimated construction budget is $5,775,000.00 and the estimated construction duration is 540 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor will be responsible for all work required by the contract documents, including the furnishing of all materials, plant equipment, tools, and all other facilities called for in the contract documents. • The project includes the replacement of low slope roofs with new Modified Bitumen membrane assemblies and replacement or recover of Standing Seam Metal roofs. • The estimated construction budget is $5,775,000.00. • The estimated construction duration is 540 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. • The contractor will be responsible for all work required by the contract documents. • The contractor must submit a list of subcontractors and material suppliers with their bid. • The contractor must provide a warranty covering materials and labor for the repair and/or replacement of malfunctioning or deteriorated materials, equipment, devices, and finishes for a period of one year from the date of Substantial Completion.
