The Beaverton School District is soliciting qualifications from experienced design-build teams for the Barnes Elementary School project, which includes a new cafeteria, kitchen, and gymnasium addition. The project will be delivered using a traditional design-build approach with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract.
