The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking bids for Self-Employment Credential Program Services to provide training and credentialing for TWC's Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Division staff and VR employment services providers. The selected vendor will provide services for earning and maintaining the Texas Certified Business Technical Assistant Consultant (TX-CBTAC) certification. The scope of work includes providing foundational training in self-employment concepts, tools, and resources, as well as technical assistance and mentoring. The contract term will be for one year with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms. • The vendor will provide training and credentialing services for TWC's VR staff and providers. • The vendor will provide tools and resources to support self-employment services. • The vendor will provide technical assistance and mentoring to support self-employment services. • The vendor will ensure accessibility for TWC's customers with disabilities. • The vendor will provide a Community of Practice (CoP) to support self-employment services.
