Description:
The U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement (BSEE) intends to make a sole source award to 3ES Innovation Inc. for the procurement of Fair Market Value (FMV) analysis software. The software will be used by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) to conduct FMV analysis on Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) lands. The contract will have a 12-month base period of performance and four 12-month option periods.
