The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking a contractor to replace the existing HVAC system at their facility in Aurora, CO. The project involves removing and disposing of the existing wall-mounted VPAC and two HVAC units, and installing a new wall-mounted VPAC and two new 15-ton packaged HVAC units. The contractor will also be responsible for providing and installing a new mini-split system, as well as associated ductwork, controls, and other related components. The project is expected to last approximately 60 calendar days. The FAA contemplates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation.
