Description:
The City of Providence's Department of Housing and Human Services is seeking organizations to host youth empowerment activities aimed at building protective factors for substance use. The selected organization will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating these activities, which will take place from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The goal of this project is to reduce the incidence of overdose and other adverse substance-related outcomes in the City of Providence by increasing protective factors that prevent youth substance use.
