The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking to procure diagnostic test kits for Serology and Therapeutic Drug of Abuse testing on a reagent-rental basis. The vendor will provide all other materials required for testing, including consumables, disposables, instrument parts, and other items directly required for the testing. The contract term is from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2030. The laboratory operates five days per week, one shift, excluding State Holidays, and calibrations are required minimally once per month. * The contract requires the vendor to provide all diagnostic test kits and other materials for testing. * The vendor will be responsible for maintaining the analyzers and providing consumables, disposables, instrument parts, and other items required for testing. * The contract term is for 60 months, from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2030. * The laboratory operates five days per week, one shift, excluding State Holidays. * Calibrations are required minimally once per month.
