Description:
The City of Roswell is seeking GDOT Prequalified Contractors for the 2025 Resurfacing Project, which involves resurfacing 35 roads within the city. The project requires milling of the top 1 ½” of the existing surface, patching distress areas, resurfacing with recycled asphalt concrete, re-striping, and restoration of damaged traffic loops. The contractor will have 90 calendar days to complete the project. • The project consists of resurfacing 35 roads within the city of Roswell. • The contractor must be GDOT Prequalified for Work Class: 400 - HOT MIX ASPHALTIC CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION and Work Class: 432 - MILL ASPHALT PAVEMENT. • The project requires milling, patching, resurfacing, re-striping, and restoration of damaged traffic loops. • The contractor will have 90 calendar days to complete the project. • Liquidated damages will incur for failure to complete the contract within the given timeframe.
