The Brighton Housing Authority is seeking a qualified accountant to provide specialized accounting services for low-income housing tax credit applications, awards, and projects. The selected accountant will be responsible for reviewing bookkeeping systems, preparing cost certifications, and advising on LIHTC program compliance and reporting standards. The contract will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the accountant must have experience with affordable housing projects and be familiar with Colorado Housing Finance Authority regulations and federal LIHTC program rules.
