The Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority is seeking bids for the interior renovations of Rust Manor, located at 802 Children’s Center Road SW, Leesburg, VA 20175. The project includes renovations of existing restrooms to meet ADA requirements, the reconfiguration of the existing break room into storage, and the expansion of the existing pantry and conversion to a catering kitchen. The contractor shall furnish all equipment, material, and labor in accordance with the project manual and plans. The project is expected to start on December 1, 2025, and be completed by March 1, 2026. • The project requires a five percent bid bond or certified check for all total bids over $500,000. • The contractor must have a valid Virginia Class A Contractor license at the opening of bids. • The contractor shall provide a written warranty to NOVA Parks covering all defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of project completion. • The contractor shall maintain during the progress of the work a complete and up-to-date set of “as-built” plans and specifications. • The contractor shall provide three copies of an owner’s manual detailing equipment specifications and proper use and maintenance of all materials.
