The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs is announcing an open competition for cooperative agreements for the FY 2025 Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program: Placement Components. The program brings approximately 450 emerging leaders to the United States each year from countries of strategic importance. Participants live with volunteer American host families, study in U.S. high schools, engage in community service activities, and develop leadership skills for an academic year.
