The Town of Palmer and Palmer Public Schools are seeking bids for facility cleaning services for various buildings, including Palmer High School, Old Mill Pond Elementary School, Palmer Town Hall, and Palmer Police Station. The contract term is three years with an optional two-year extension. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supervision, labor, and materials to maintain an acceptable clean environment in the specified buildings. The bid price should include everything necessary for the execution and completion of the project, excluding sales tax. • The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in the cleaning business and provide written proof of at least 5 years of experience cleaning and/or daily supervising the cleaning operation in the public education sector. • The contractor must provide a responsible full-time supervisor at the facility during the hours that custodial work is being performed. • The contractor must ensure that all employees working on the contract are citizens of the United States or lawfully admitted for residence and permitted to work in the United States. • The contractor must provide proof of adequate insurance coverage, including workers' compensation and general liability insurance.
