Description:
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Far East (NAVFAC FE) is seeking potential sources to provide preventative maintenance and inspection services for fire protection and intrusion detection systems by recurring and non-recurring items at Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Japan. The scope of work may include repair, replacement, and alteration of building systems, including fire protection systems and intrusion detection systems. The contractor must be authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and comply with all laws and regulations. Examples of work include: • Repairing sprinkler systems • Replacing fire alarm control panels • Replacing end devices such as detectors • Replacing fire protection system end test valves and stainless steel jackets • Replacing water motor gongs The estimated period of service is approximately 6 months starting October 2025.
