St. Cloud State University (SCSU) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Managed Print Services (MPS) aimed at optimizing the University’s campus-wide print environment. The scope of services includes optimization of SCSU’s network printer/multifunction device (MFD) fleet, provision of modern printers and multifunction devices, delivery of consumables, ongoing device maintenance, technical support services, reports and analytics, compliance and accessibility, and implementation and decommissioning support. • The University is looking for a vendor that can provide a comprehensive managed print services program, including device optimization, maintenance, and technical support. • The vendor should be able to provide a range of devices, including network printers and multifunction devices with advanced finishing features. • The vendor should have experience in providing managed print services to higher education institutions and be able to provide references. • The vendor should be able to provide a detailed work plan, including a description of the deliverables, a timeline, and a budget. • The vendor should be able to provide analytics and reporting, including device-level data and consumable status.
