Howard County, Maryland is seeking a qualified firm to provide labor relations negotiation services. The selected firm will be responsible for conducting labor negotiations with eight bargaining units, including the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) and the International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF). The firm will also provide expert consulting services in labor relations and other employment-related matters. The contract will be for one year, with the option to renew for up to five additional years.
