The Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to provide barber and beautician services at the Elisabeth Ludeman Center. The services will include haircuts, shampoo and stylings, scalp treatments, and beard trimming. The vendor will be required to provide these services on an appointment basis, approximately 9 hours per week. The contract term is expected to be from the date of the last signed signature to June 30, 2026. • The vendor must be licensed to provide these services. • The vendor will be required to work with the facility to provide a list of individuals who will be coming to the barber shop each visit. • The vendor must provide services in accordance with the contract's Scope of Work. • The quantity of hours required during the term of the contract is estimated to be 468 hours. • The vendor will be required to perform services at the Ludeman Developmental Center, 114 North Orchard Drive, Park Forest, IL 60466.
