The Town of Clinton is seeking sealed bids for the delivery of diesel, gasoline, and #2 heating oil. The bids will be received until 11:00am, Tuesday June 25, 2025, at the Office of the Town Manager, Andrews Memorial Town Hall, 54 E. Main Street, Clinton, Conn. 06413. The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any, or any part of, or all proposals; to waive informalities and technicalities and to accept the Bid which the Town deems to be in the best interest of the Town, whether it is the lowest dollar amount. • Bids are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the bid number and title. • Bid Documents are available for download on the Town of Clinton website at www.clintonct.org. • The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any, or any part of, or all proposals. • The Bid which the Town deems to be in the best interest of the Town will be accepted, whether it is the lowest dollar amount.
