The County of Sacramento is seeking bids for the Windsor Downs (W-114) Rehabilitation project. The project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental work to rehabilitate the Windsor Downs Well (W-114) located at 9615 Waterman Rd, Elk Grove, CA 95624. The rehabilitation includes downhole video surveys, inspection and creation of a well component report, brushing, air shocking, detonating centralized explosion, swabbing, airlifting, bailing, and repairing and/or replacing pump components, piping, and appurtenances. • The project requires a valid California contractor's license with the classification of Class A, C57, or C61/D21. • The estimated construction cost is $135,700.00. • The project is subject to the California Air Resources Board Advanced Clean Fleets regulations. • The successful bidder shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations.
