The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for retrofitting an existing detention pond at North Mount Carmel Park. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. The project includes site clean-up, post-construction stormwater BMP items, fence installation, maintenance and repair, sod, grass, crushed stone, and construction services. • The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder. • The Contractor must be pre-qualified with the Georgia Department of Transportation. • The project requires compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of local, state, and national codes, laws, and ordinances. • The Contractor must provide a Statement of Warranty, including all applicable manufacturers' warranty and the Contractor's warranty in regards to equipment, materials, and workmanship. • The Contractor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act and the Drug-free Workplace Act.
