The Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs/Office of Kentucky Veterans Centers is seeking a vendor to provide dental, vision, podiatry, and audiology services to the Thomson-Hood Veterans Center. The vendor will be responsible for providing medically necessary services to the center's residents, including routine and emergency care, examinations, and treatments. The contract is expected to be for a period of 24 months, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year periods. • The vendor must have experience providing the requested services and be able to provide backup and emergency coverage. • The vendor must be able to provide services within the required timeframes of the contract. • The vendor must be certified to provide services in the state of Kentucky. • The vendor must have medical malpractice insurance. • The vendor must be able to provide detailed documentation for any treatments or services provided.
