The Region 19 Education Service Center – Allied States Cooperative (ASC) is seeking a vendor to provide paper products for its members, which include schools, cities, counties, universities, community colleges, state-administered agencies, and other governments. The contract will be for materials only, and vendors are encouraged to provide their full line of products in an expedited, professional manner. The scope of work includes a wide range of paper products, such as classroom color paper, copy paper, bonded paper, custodial paper, food service paper, commercial paper, butcher paper, folders, plotter paper, and other related products. Key points to consider: • Vendors must provide pricing based on a discount from a price list or catalog or fixed price, or a combination of both with indefinite quantities. • Electronic catalog and/or price lists must accompany the proposal. • Vendors must have the capacity to stock paper listed and provide specifications with each item being considered for award. • Vendors must agree to provide samples upon request to any ESC Region 19 member requesting samples before placing a purchase order. • The contract may include value-added items related to paper products, and vendors are encouraged to submit any offerings on all products or services available that they currently perform in their normal course of business if it falls within the original scope of work.
