The City of Cartersville is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide and install furnishings for City Hall. The City will provide furniture layout floor plans and a list of generalized furniture products by floor. Vendors are asked to submit a complete proposal and full quote for all furniture and seating included in the scope. The intent of this RFP is to select a vendor that can supply high-quality, durable furnishings that meet the City’s functional needs, aesthetic goals, and long-term use expectations. • The project involves furnishing multiple floors and functional areas within City Hall. • Vendors are expected to propose furniture that meets or exceeds the intent of the layouts and product descriptions provided. • The selected vendor will be responsible for reviewing City-provided floor plans and furniture layouts, selecting appropriate furniture products, and coordinating ordering, delivery, and installation. • Proposals should include a complete itemized price proposal, product specifications, material descriptions, and warranty information. • The City will evaluate proposals based on product quality, compliance with layouts and product intent, pricing and cost competitiveness, timeline and delivery schedule, and overall value to the City.
