The University of Iowa is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a comprehensive data analytics solution and related services for University of Iowa Athletics. The solution should be able to integrate, store, query, cleanse, and visualize data from multiple sources, and provide a unified data platform that connects multiple systems across Athletics. The supplier will be expected to work in partnership with the University and provide a range of services, including data storage and management, data integration, analytics and visualization, master data management, compliance, security, and governance, documentation and training, and innovation and adaptability. The University is looking for a supplier with proven success in data integration and analytics within higher education, athletics, or enterprise-scale environments. • The University of Iowa Athletics has 22 Division I teams in the Big Ten Conference and employs more than 200 full-time staff. • The University relies on a diverse range of data sources to inform strategic decisions, including ticketing, concessions, fundraising, CRM, point-of-sale, and athlete performance systems. • The desired solution will ensure full data ownership and warehouse control, provide a robust and flexible API, deduplicate and unify data from multiple data sources, and support rapid ingestion of diverse data sources. • The supplier will be required to provide a detailed proposal, audited financial statements, and references. • The University reserves the right to change the scope of work as required and to reject any submittals if the evidence or references submitted by the supplier fail to satisfy the University that the supplier is properly qualified.
