Description:
The City of Ringgold is soliciting sealed bids for materials and installation/repair of the City Hall parking lot, including sealcoating and striping. The successful bidder will provide all materials and installation for the project. The scope of work includes cleaning the lot, treating oil spots, applying crack seal, installing trim areas, applying pavement sealer, and applying parking stripes. A one-year warranty is required. • Clean lot of all loose surface debris with industrial walk behind blowers • Hand clean any remaining dirt spots with steel wire brooms • Treat all major oil spots prior to sealcoating • Apply Crack Seal to all needed cracks, excluding alligator cracks • Install trim areas by hand to avoid overspray • Apply two coats of pavement sealer applied to manufactures specifications and continuously stirred during application to ensure even distribution • Apply Parking Stripes as currently configured utilizing Hotline Traffic Marking paint by Sherwin Williams
