The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking a contractor to provide Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight Diffraction Ultrasonic Testing (TOFD) training. The training will be conducted in a government-provided classroom on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor will provide two training sessions, each lasting two weeks, for up to 12 students. The training will cover the knowledge and skills needed to successfully complete certification testing. The contractor must have thorough knowledge and understanding of PAUT and TOFD training and be certified Level III in PAUT/TOFD to internationally accredited NDT standards. • The contractor must provide all management and labor, as well as tools, props, and diagnostic hardware needed for training. • The contractor must provide effective training instruction, including comprehensive training manuals and PAUT and TOFD training material. • The contractor must comply with all safety, environmental, and security requirements. • The contractor must conduct background investigations on personnel used in connection with this contract.
