The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) intends to make a sole source service contract with Curriculum Associates, LLC, to purchase their annual subscription and related services for the Middle School Mathematics Strategic Intervention Program. This program aims to support student learning and educator decision-making. The contract will provide curriculum-aligned tools, diagnostic assessments, and instructional resources to improve academic outcomes. The sole source authority for this requirement is 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a) (1). Although this is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations, any responsible source may submit a response and/or quote for consideration. • The program supports data-driven instruction and helps educators identify student strengths and address learning gaps. • The contract will maintain instructional planning, assessment, and targeted intervention for students across DoWEA's schools. • The applicable NAICS Codes include 513130 (Book Publishers) and 513210 (Software Publishers). • Responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide specific information, including business name, DUNS and CAGE Code numbers, business POC, and business size and socio-economic status.
