The City of Anaheim is seeking a consultant to provide wayfinding and banner signage design, fabrication, and installation services. The consultant will be responsible for designing citywide and area-specific wayfinding and banner signs, as well as fabricating and installing them. The consultant must have experience working with economic development departments, cities, and other public sectors, and must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of teamwork and completing successful projects on a short deadline. • The scope of work includes conceptual design, concept visuals, design development, building permit signage plans, and design installation and fabrication. • The consultant must be able to provide a detailed breakdown of labor rates, including overhead and fringe benefit costs. • The consultant must have a C-45 license with the California State Licensing Board. • The consultant must be able to demonstrate an understanding of the goals and objectives of the City of Anaheim and the Economic Development Department. • The consultant must be able to provide references from public agency clients.
