The TGR Foundation is seeking a qualified architectural firm to provide comprehensive services for the pre-construction and construction phases of the TGR Learning Lab Atlanta project. The project involves transforming the interior and exterior of the former Capitol View Elementary School, including the creation of learning spaces, administrative facilities, and operational facilities. The selected firm will work closely with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of the project within the designated timeline and budget. Key features of the project include: • Adaptable classrooms • Makerspace • Multi-room multimedia studio • Auditorium • Academic support area • Indoor golf simulator • Partitionable room • Student lounge • Administrative facilities, including a lobby and reception area, grab-and-go kitchen, open-concept staff work areas, and private offices • Operational facilities, including mechanical, electrical, and IT rooms, restrooms, a first aid room, and storage rooms The project is expected to start in August 2026 and be completed by October 2027.
