The City of Pasadena is seeking a contractor to provide mold remediation services for the Brookside Park men's restroom. The contractor will need to establish critical containment, remove impacted materials, clean and disinfect surfaces, and dry the area to safe moisture levels. The contractor must have experience with mold remediation projects of similar size and complexity, and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must possess a valid California Contractor’s License, specifically a Class B - General Building Contractor license. • The contractor must provide a factory warranty on all materials furnished against defects in materials and/or workmanship. • The contractor must cooperate fully with the City’s environmental consultant during sampling, verification, and any corrective action that may be required. • The contractor must maintain a daily log summarizing work activities, personnel on site, equipment in use, and environmental conditions. • The contractor must submit a final completion report detailing all remediation activities, equipment used, and waste disposal receipts.
