The U.S. Government is seeking information from small businesses to determine their interest and capability in competing for a Firm-Fixed-Price, single award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana. The contract will be for construction work, including repair, maintenance, demolition, and minor construction projects, with an estimated value over the micro-purchase threshold. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to complete the work. • The contract is expected to include a wide range of construction tasks, including carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, masonry, demolition, roadwork, and other general construction work. • The contractor will be required to use a Unit Price Book (UPB) and cost estimating software to estimate the cost of each task order. • The contractor will be responsible for performing all related administrative services, planning, programming, and management necessary to perform the work. • The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, policies, and directives pertaining to the health and safety of personnel during the execution of the work. • The contractor will be required to provide as-built drawings, which conform to the electronic computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software currently utilized by the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). • The contractor will be required to perform work in accordance with current OPORDS, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes, and industry and trade organization standards.
