The Washington County Public Works Department is seeking a consultant to provide project coordination, public and agency involvement, environmental documentation, stormwater management design, utility coordination, construction staging, permitting, and final design services for the Century North Reconstruction Project. The project involves the reconstruction of a 1.0-mile segment of TH 120 (Century Ave N/E County Line Rd) from the I-694 WB ramp intersection to County Road E/County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 12. The selected consultant will be responsible for performing detailed engineering to produce accurate construction documents for bidding, determining responsible solutions for stormwater management, and obtaining required permits. The project is expected to be completed within 24 months. Key aspects of the project include: • Producing construction documents that meet all MnDOT, CSAH, Ramsey County, and Washington County requirements • Determining responsible solutions for stormwater management in accordance with regulatory requirements • Coordinating with utility owners and obtaining necessary permits • Developing a construction schedule and detour plans that balance construction operations efficiency with minimizing public inconvenience • Executing a multi-faceted communication plan to keep adjacent property owners, area businesses, and the traveling public informed of the project and construction staging
