Description:
The Colorado Department of Early Childhood is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to deliver statewide infant and early childhood mental health consultation services and support activities. The successful vendor will provide call agents to operate the ECMH Support Line, which offers a no-cost, confidential resource for parents and professionals caring for children under six. The vendor will also provide brief consultations, connect callers to local resources, and engage in continuous quality improvement processes. The contract term is anticipated to be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the possibility of renewal for up to four additional one-year periods. • Key services include: • Operating a continuous telephone/warm line service during business hours • Facilitating live video visits (telehealth) • Utilizing third-party on-demand interpretation services • Providing general psychoeducation and support • Connecting callers to other local resources • Engaging in brief consultations as appropriate • Informing continuous quality improvement processes • Participating in statewide awareness-building • Cultivating relationships with local Nurturing Connections teams • Developing standardized training materials for professional development
