The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide property management services for the Silvercreek Apartments, a 48-unit multi-family dwelling located in Troy, Illinois. The contractor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including yard maintenance, budget preparation, rental services, enforcement of leases, collection of rents and security deposits, maintenance and repair, utilities and services, taxes, and employee management. The contractor will also be required to submit monthly reports and invoices to RD. Key responsibilities include: • Yard maintenance and upkeep • Budget preparation and submission • Rental services, including tenant certification and lease preparation • Enforcement of leases and collection of rents and security deposits • Maintenance and repair of the property • Utilities and services management • Tax payment and compliance • Employee management and staffing plan submission • Monthly reporting and invoicing to RD
