Description:
The FDA is seeking a contractor to provide genotyping services for mice. The contractor will perform single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis on mouse tissue samples to ensure the correct mice are bred to establish a mouse colony. The contractor will provide results of the analysis to the FDA through an online database. The contract will be for a firm fixed price, and the contractor will be responsible for performing the analysis on up to 1400 samples. Key tasks include: • 3rd Generation Genotyping/SNP Analysis • 4th Generation Genotyping/SNP Analysis • 5th Generation Genotyping/SNP Analysis • 6th Generation Genotyping/SNP Analysis The contractor will also provide a report with the genetic call for the ABCB1 mutant or the ABCB1 wild type, as well as a summary report for each mouse tissue sample submitted for SNP analysis.
