The County may purchase additional quantities for up to one year following the award of the Quick Quote, but the total purchases should not exceed $50,000. • The awning replacement should be provided as a lump sum quote. • The vendor should provide references and complete a pricing proposal. • The vendor should agree to the no lobby affirmation and provide the legal name of the entity submitting the bid. • The vendor should maintain insurance acceptable to the County and submit proof of such insurance upon request.
