The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids from qualified vendors to perform landscaping services on a City-owned parcel located in front of 66 Ramona Court in New Rochelle, New York. The scope of work includes removing and disposing of existing mulch material, furnishing and installing new topsoil, and planting various types of plants. The project must be completed within 30 days from full contract execution. • Remove and dispose of existing mulch material from approximately 1,000 sq ft parcel • Furnish, install, and spread new topsoil to cover entire 1,000 sq ft parcel at a depth of 6” • Plant various types of plants, including white wood aster, purple lovegrass, columbine, and Turk's Cap Lily • Furnish, install, and spread wood chip mulch to cover entire 1,000 sq ft parcel at a depth of 2” • Provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, tools, and methods to complete the work
