The City of Santa Rosa is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management and Inspection (CM&I) services for the Calistoga Road Reconstruction project. The project involves rehabilitating approximately 1.1 center line miles of Calistoga Road using Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) construction methodology, adding buffered bike lanes, protected bike lanes, and upgrading pedestrian curb ramps to current ADA standards. The selected consultant will be responsible for construction management, inspection, public relations, and constructability review. The proposal should include a detailed scope of services, project approach, project schedule, and cost proposal. • The project requires a construction manager with a minimum of a licensed architect, registered engineer, or licensed general contractor. • The consultant should have experience working on similar projects and demonstrate technical ability. • The proposal should include a list of at least three recent projects completed by the firm with similar services. • The contract will be on a time-and-materials basis with a "not to exceed" amount. • The City will evaluate the proposals based on responsiveness to requirements, qualifications of the project team, availability and ability to perform the scope of services, and demonstrated technical ability.
