Description:
The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is seeking a cloud-based, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) construction management system to facilitate the review and approval of construction projects. The system should support up to 30,000 users, be scalable up to 50,000 users, and provide a range of features including document control, workflows, change order management, reporting, and collaborative communication. The system should also meet FedRAMP moderate security requirements and be capable of integrating with other NAVFAC systems. • The system should provide a centralized project stakeholder directory and allow for targeted communication through automated notifications and customizable reports. • The system should support a logical folder structure with control access based on permissions and roles for various project members. • The system should provide document workflow processes for various project roles and allow for the creation of new workflow processes. • The system should provide reporting capabilities, including the ability to generate predefined reports and create customized ad hoc reports. • The system should allow users to aggregate reporting data at the enterprise, echelon, project, and project document levels.
