Description:
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking bids for the furnishing and delivery of road materials. Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope with the name and address of the bidder and the title of the bid on the outside. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond must be submitted with the bid to guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract if awarded. The bid specifications and other information can be obtained from the Division of Human Resources during regular business hours. • The bid opening date is October 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM. • Bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., N.J.S.A. 52:32-44, and all other applicable statutes, laws, or regulations. • The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2. • The Township also reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity or technicality in bids.
