The U.S. Forest Service is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the Hoosier National Forest, Tell City Ranger District, in Tell City, Indiana. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the required services, which include carpet and walk-off mat service, bare floor service, exercise room service, and restroom service. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must comply with all applicable federal regulations and guidelines. • The contractor must provide biobased products and services to the maximum extent possible. • The contractor must comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses incorporated into the contract. • The contractor must provide a technical proposal, a price proposal, and contractor representations and certifications with their offer. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must provide a list of similar projects completed in the past three years. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to complete the project. • The contractor must comply with all safety and health regulations and guidelines.
