Wake County is seeking bids for the construction of improvements to Harris Lake County Park in New Hill, NC. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2 p.m. on May 20, 2025, at the Wake County Justice Center in Raleigh, NC. Electronic copies of the contract documents can be obtained from Accent Imaging starting April 4, 2025. Printed copies can be purchased from Accent Imaging online or by phone. Plans can also be viewed and downloaded at http://www.planscope.com/. A pre-bid conference will be held on April 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Harris Lake Park. Attendance is not mandatory but strongly encouraged. Written questions about the project must be submitted to Emily Sefranek at esefranek@withersravenel.com by 5:00 pm on April 22, 2025. A final addendum will be released no later than 5:00 PM on April 29, 2025. Bidders must comply with the requirements of the Wake County Minority Business Enterprise Program. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
