The Town of Poughkeepsie is seeking proposals for asbestos survey, monitoring, reporting, and other related professional services. The project involves the preparation of an asbestos survey, processing and evaluating permit applications, and providing other asbestos-related services on an hourly or per task basis. The successful proposer will be required to perform in coordination with the Town and the successful demolition contractor during 2025. * The project includes three items: asbestos survey, monitoring and reporting, and other asbestos-related professional services. * The proposer must provide proof of required insurance coverages, including commercial general liability, contractors' pollution cleanup/remediation, and business automobile liability. * The proposer must also provide a detailed plan of action, including a time schedule and cost breakdown. * The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate terms with multiple proposers.
