The City of Pontiac is seeking a qualified professional archaeological consultant and/or architectural historian to conduct environmental testing services across various properties within the City. The scope of work includes assessments related to historic preservation as well as properties without historical significance. The selected professional will be responsible for conducting archaeological and/or historic property reviews, preparing environmental review reports, assisting with compliance documentation, and supporting the City's efforts to meet environmental review standards for redevelopment projects. Key services required include asbestos inspection and assessment, lead-based paint assessment, environmental site assessments, and historical preservation review.
