Description:
The State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) is seeking a contractor to provide food services for SEMA personnel during the 2026 FIFA World Cup tournament. The contractor will be required to provide lunch and dinner meals from June 7, 2026, to July 20, 2026, with the option to expand services from May 31, 2026, to July 27, 2026. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in preparing and serving meals for large events and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary supplies and equipment, as well as maintaining financial records and complying with the State of Missouri's data breach policies. • The contractor must provide diverse lunch and dinner meals that include diabetic, gluten-free, and/or vegan options. • The contractor must provide a contact person who will serve as the liaison between the contractor and the state agency. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination and affirmative action. • The contractor must maintain financial records and comply with the State of Missouri's data breach policies.
