Columbus City Schools is accepting bids for the provision of Rethermalization Roll-in Ovens, Roll-in Warming Boxes, and Transport Carts. The bid includes the supply of 4 Rethermalization Roll-in Ovens, 4 Roll-in Warming Boxes, and 8 Transport Carts. The ovens and warming boxes must be compatible with existing Royalton Roll-in ovens in service at Columbus City Elementary Schools. The quoted prices must be good for 90 days from the close of the bid. • The Rethermalization Roll-in Ovens should have a temperature range of 150F - 550F and a capacity of 32-13”x26” x 2 5/8” wire baskets. • The Roll-in Warming Boxes should have a temperature range of 75F - 200F and a capacity of 32-13”x26” x 2 5/8” wire baskets. • The Transport Carts should have a load capacity of 500# max and be fully compatible with the Royalton Roll-in convection oven and the Royalton Roll-in holding unit. • The delivery location is the Columbus City Schools Food Service Production Center at 450 E. Fulton St, Columbus, OH 43215. • The bid is for the total cost of all items listed. • Vendors are strongly encouraged to use a good faith effort to support the Board of Education in achieving the District's Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE) participation goals.
