The Asheville City Schools are seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for Asheville High School. The contractor will be responsible for providing janitorial associates for a total of 96 hours per day to provide janitorial services as directed by AHS administration. The scope of work includes daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks, as well as summer cleaning tasks. The contractor will also be required to provide an hourly rate for additional janitorial services as needed. The contract term will begin on or approximately July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027, with an option for annual renewal upon mutual written consent. Some key tasks and responsibilities include: * Providing janitorial associates for 96 hours per day * Performing daily, weekly, and deep cleaning tasks * Performing summer cleaning tasks * Providing an hourly rate for additional janitorial services as needed * Complying with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to the conduct of its business * Obtaining all licenses and permits required to execute the contract * Complying with all relevant ACS Policies and Procedures applicable to the provision of the services described.
